最近,“买断工龄”成了众多职工和社会各界议论的敏感话题,而且仁者见仁,智者见智,贬褒不一。议论的焦点是工龄能否断?符不符合情理?符不符合政策?符不符合操作运行程序?我们愿就此谈点粗浅的看法。
Recently, “buy-off seniority” has become a sensitive topic for many workers and all sectors of the community to discuss it. The focus of discussion is whether the length of service can be broken? Charm does not meet the reasonable? Charm does not comply with the policy? Charm does not meet the operational procedures? We would like to talk about this superficial view.
