根据历年气象资料分析,我省属雷暴活动和雷电灾害发生较频繁的省份,雷击造成的损失呈逐年递增的趋势。每年雷电灾害不仅造成大面积停电、建筑物损毁、通讯网络设备损坏,还时常诱发火灾和人员伤亡事故1989年8月12日发生的震惊全国的黄岛油库大火就是雷击所致。今年4月17日,济南市出现强雷暴天气过程,造成23家单位的多种电气设备损毁,经济损失达300多万元。目前,我省各种建筑物、弱电设备机房主要存在以下问题。建筑物直击雷防护措施不够完善 1.直击雷防护措施不健全。所谓直击雷,简单的说就是带电的云层与大地上某一点之间发生的迅猛放电现象,它会造成人员伤亡、建筑物损毁、引发火灾等。在防雷专项检测中发现,许多单位的建(构)筑物直击雷防护措施不够
