呼吸机相关(VA)肺炎是机械通气患者的常见并发症,痰的细菌培养因易污染,对诊断无特异性。近年来,保护性防污染刷(PSB)和支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)的定量培养对诊断VA肺炎显示出良好的准确性,但这些方法为侵入性、昂贵、不能免除并发症且需要支气管镜检查。本研究旨在探讨气管内抽吸物(EA)的定量培养对伴有或不伴有肺炎的机械通气患者的诊断价值,并与PSB和BAL的定量培养相比较。
Ventilator-associated (VA) pneumonia is a common complication in patients with mechanical ventilation and sputum bacterial cultures are nonspecific for diagnosis due to contamination. In recent years, quantitative culture of protective stain-resistant brush (PSB) and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) has shown good accuracy in the diagnosis of VA pneumonia, but these methods are invasive, expensive, do not relieve complications and require bronchoscopy an examination. This study aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of quantitative tracheal aspirate (EA) culture in patients with mechanical ventilation with and without pneumonia and to compare them with quantitative culture of PSB and BAL.
