给正常人吸入(99m)~Tc-DTPA后观察持续正压呼吸提高清除速度的效果,籍以证实在用持续正压呼吸(CPAP)增加肺泡一毛细血管膜表面面积及渗透性的条件下,可以增加肺内同位素的排泄,并为临床提供CPAP最佳压力的选择以指导抢救严重缺氧、肺水肿及帮助清除肺内有毒物质。 方法 用注射器吸取(99m)~Tc-DTPA12μc注入Acorn jet Nebulizer。然后以6L/min速度压入空气5分钟,把(99m)~Tc-DTPA冲入Plate Separtor,将大颗粒分离出来,小的颗粒(直径1.1μm)
