目的观察优质护理在经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCFs)老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取OVCFs行PVP患者58例,随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,比较2组患者干预前后疼痛、功能障碍及相关临床指标。结果干预后,观察组患者VAS评分、ODI评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论优质护理在PVP治疗OVCFs老年患者中的应用效果显著,对临床有借鉴意义。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing in elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs) by percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). Methods Fifty-eight patients with PVP who underwent OVCFs were randomly divided into observation group (n = 29) and control group (n = 29). The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given quality care. The pain, dysfunction and related clinical indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, VAS score, ODI score and complication rate in observation group were lower than those in control group, the time to bed and hospital stay were shorter than those in control group, and the scores of satisfaction were higher than those in control group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in elderly patients with OVP treated with PVP is significant and has clinical significance.
