针对土壤源热泵竖直U型地埋管换热器几何模型,研究并实现三维Delaunay非结构化网格划分。基于该几何模型的特点对网格划分算法进行改进:对于极小数之间的对比判定,设置相对误差限,避免错误的判定结果;解决插入点与空腔边界共面的问题;实现相互连接又彼此独立的多层网格。该文采用Fortran语言编写程序,对U型管、管壁、回填土、土壤部分进行非结构化网格划分,获得质量较好的四面体网格。
Aimed at the geometric model of vertical U-shaped ground heat exchanger of ground-source heat pump, three-dimensional Delaunay unstructured meshes are studied and realized. Based on the characteristics of the geometric model to improve the meshing algorithm: for the comparative determination between the minimum number, set the relative error limit, to avoid the wrong decision results; to solve the interpolation point and cavity boundary coplanar problems; to achieve mutual connection And independent of each other’s multi-grid. In this paper, Fortran programming is used to conduct unstructured meshing of U-shaped tubes, pipe walls, backfill soil and soil so as to obtain a good quality tetrahedral mesh.
