杜甫一生无论快意漫游或是避难漂泊,自然山水都是其诗歌创作的重要内容之一。开创山水诗派的谢灵运,其诗歌突出的特点是“情必极貌以写物,辞必穷力而追新”[1]。萧齐时期的谢朓又把讲究四声的永明声律运用于山水诗创作,其在声律对仗及以情运景等方面的探索,进一步发展了山水诗。谢朓与谢灵运并称“大小谢”。杜甫的山水诗继承了谢灵运“极貌写物”、以组诗纪行等的创作手法,但更重要的是,杜甫在山水描摹中淡化了谢灵运游乐山水的诗歌风貌,
