为了探讨HFC-161在小型家用空调上应用的可能性,首先进行了HFC-161、R22及R290制冷剂物性对比及热力循环计算,结果表明HFC-161较R290具有更好的系统性能优势。采用HFC-161直接替换R22的整机测试结果表明,HFC-161系统最佳充注量仅为R22系统的57%,变工况条件下制冷量减少5.1%~11%,制热量减少4.9%~8.1%;制冷能效比提高1.5%~10%,制热能效比提高5%~5.4%,排气温度低约(0.5~5)℃。
In order to explore the possibility of HFC-161 for small household air conditioners, physical property comparison and thermodynamic cycle calculation of HFC-161, R22 and R290 refrigerants were first conducted. The results show that HFC-161 has better system performance advantages than R290. The HFC-161 direct replacement of R22 machine test results show that the HFC-161 system, the best charge of only 57% of the R22 system, variable operating conditions, the cooling capacity decreased by 5.1% to 11%, the heating capacity decreased by 4.9% ~ 8.1%; cooling energy efficiency increased by 1.5% ~ 10%, heating energy efficiency increased by 5% ~ 5.4%, exhaust temperature is about (0.5 ~ 5) ℃.
