用有限元法,对成人上中切牙柱状螺旋钛合金根骨内种植体四种不同螺纹顶角角度在支持组织内产生的应力状态进行分析比较。结果表明:螺纹顶角角度的改变,可以导致种植体在支持组织内应力分布水平的变化。螺纹顶角为60°的种植体应力分布较合理,为种植体设计、应用提供理论依据
The finite element method was used to analyze and compare the stress state of four kinds of different screw vertex angles in the supporting tissue of adult upper incisors. The results show that the change of the screw thread angle can lead to the change of the stress distribution in the supporting tissue. The stress distribution of implant with apex angle of 60 ° is reasonable, which provides the theoretical basis for the design and application of implants
