针对汽轮机启停过程中，温度变化范围大，温升率小的特点，提出了一种利用１０位Ａ／Ｄ转换器测量温升率的方法——测差法。该方法减小了１０位Ａ／Ｄ量化误差的影响，提高了温升率测量的准确度，很好地满足了现场实时监测热应力的需要。
Aiming at the characteristics of steam turbine starting and stopping with large temperature range and small temperature rise rate, a method based on 10-bit A / D converter to measure the temperature rise rate is presented. The method reduces the influence of the 10-bit A / D quantization error, improves the accuracy of the temperature rise rate measurement, and well meets the needs of real-time monitoring of thermal stress in the field.
