目的 :观察水菖蒲和石菖蒲对大鼠离体胃平滑肌条运动的影响 ,并比较二者作用的异同。方法 :将大鼠胃不同部位的肌条放置在灌流肌槽中 ,用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果 :(1 )水菖蒲增高胃底和胃体纵、环行肌的张力 ,但减小胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅和幽门环行肌运动指数 ;(2 )石菖蒲增大胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅和幽门环行肌运动指数。结论 :水菖蒲对大鼠离体胃底和胃体纵、环行肌有兴奋作用 ,但对胃窦和幽门环行肌有抑制作用 ;石菖蒲对大鼠离体胃窦、幽门环行肌有兴奋作用
Objective : To observe the effects of Acorus calamus and Acorus tatarinowii on the movement of isolated gastric smooth muscle strips in rats, and to compare the similarities and differences of their effects. METHODS: Muscle strips from different parts of the rat stomach were placed in the perfusion mucus, and the contraction of the muscle strips was recorded with a physiological recorder. RESULTS: (1) Acorus calamus increased the tension of the longitudinal and circular muscles of the stomach and stomach, but decreased the average amplitude of systolic and pyloric circular motion of the gastric antrum; (2) The sarcophagus increased antral circular muscle contraction. Wave average amplitude and pyloric circular motion index. Conclusion :Acorus calamus has excitatory effect on longitudinal and circular muscles of rat stomach and stomach, but it has inhibitory effect on gastric antrum and pylorus circular muscle. Shixiapu has excitatory effect on rat gastric antrum and pylorus circular muscle.
