冬小麦品种陇鉴9821抗条锈遗传分析

冬小麦品种陇鉴9821是以甘肃陇南感病生产品种洮157为受体,以高粱总体DNA为供体系统选育而成,具有较好的丰产性和抗条锈性。本文对陇鉴9821抗条锈性及其遗传特点进行了研究,结果表明:苗期抗条锈基因推导分析得出,陇鉴9821对供试菌系的抗性谱与已知基因不同,含有未知抗条锈病基因;遗传分析显示对CYR29和CYR33的抗病性均由1对显性基因控制;通过抗病性鉴定和抗谱比较分析,认为陇鉴9821对CYR29和CYR33表现显性抗病性的基因是2对不同的抗条锈病基因,其中1对来自洮157。陇鉴9821可作为生产品种及抗源材料在生产上利用。 The winter wheat cultivar Longjian 9821 was selected from the susceptible cultivar 洮 157 of Gansu Province and the whole DNA was used as the donor system of sorghum. It had good yield and stripe rust resistance. In this paper, Longji 9821 stripe rust resistance and genetic characteristics were studied, the results showed that: seedling rust resistance genes derived analysis, Long Jian 9821 on the tested strains of resistance spectrum and known genes containing Unknown resistance to stripe rust; Genetic analysis showed that the resistance to CYR29 and CYR33 were controlled by a pair of dominant genes; Through disease resistance identification and anti-spectrum analysis, it was suggested that Longjian 9821 showed a dominant resistance to CYR29 and CYR33 The sex genes are 2 pairs of different stripe rust resistance genes, of which 1 pair is from 洮 157. Long Kam 9821 can be used as a production variety and anti-source materials in the production.
