研究了合金成分和显微组织对25CrNiMoV和25Cr2NiMoV转子钢的强度和断裂韧性的影响。虽然25Cr2NiMoV钢的强度高于前者,但断裂韧性大大低于前者。从合金成分设计及热处理对组织的影响方面,讨论了25Cr2NiMoV钢断裂韧性较低的原因。
The effects of alloy composition and microstructure on the strength and fracture toughness of 25CrNiMoV and 25Cr2NiMoV rotor steels were studied. Although the strength of 25Cr2NiMoV steel is higher than the former, the fracture toughness is much lower than the former. The reasons for the lower fracture toughness of 25Cr2NiMoV steel are discussed from the aspects of alloy composition design and heat treatment on the microstructure.
