本文综合现有城市居住用地适宜性分析研究理论成果,采用RS与GIS技术相结合的办法,以RS技术作为重要数据来源,以GIS技术作为技术支撑,以城市人口、自然人文环境、交通设施为主指标,以建筑容积率、人均绿地占有、城市温度分布、噪声环境,交通便利度、人文设施等为分指标,建立城市居住用地适宜性综合分析模型,充分反映了人类对居住环境的主观感受与要求。为建设宜居城市和人们购房、住房选择位置提供科学的决策依据。
