目的:研究黑果枸杞含片的体内抗氧化作用。方法:40只小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、黑果枸杞含片低、高剂量组(0.08,0.16 mg·g-1)和阳性药组(维生素C,0.02 mg·g-1)。各组分别连续ig给药28 d后眼眶采血及取肝组织,试剂盒测定小鼠血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果:与正常组比较,黑果枸杞含片低、高剂量组小鼠的体重没有明显变化,小鼠血清和肝组织中MDA分别为(5.97±2.53),(11.08±3.72)μmol·L-1和(5.84±1.44),(10.79±2.06)μmol·L-1与正常组(8.69±2.85)μmol·L-1,(14.49±1.56)μmol·L-1相比显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px和CAT活性明显提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),尤其是高剂量组T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px和CAT活性显著提高。结论:黑果枸杞含片具有显著的体内抗氧化活性。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidation effect of Lycium barbarum in vivo. Methods: Forty mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, low and high dose group of Fructus Lycii (0.08,0.16 mg · g -1) and positive group (vitamin C, 0.02 mg · g -1) . Blood samples were taken from the orbital and hepatic tissues were collected for 28 days after administration. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidation (GSH-Px) activity, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and catalase (CAT) activity. Results: Compared with the normal group, the body weight of the mice in low and high dose group of Lycium barbarum had no significant change, the MDA in the serum and liver tissue were (5.97 ± 2.53) and (11.08 ± 3.72) μmol·L- 1 and 5.84 ± 1.44 and 10.79 ± 2.06 μmol·L-1 were significantly lower than those in normal group (8.69 ± 2.85) μmol·L-1 and (14.49 ± 1.56) μmol·L-1, respectively , P <0.01). The activities of T-AOC, SOD, GSH-Px and CAT were significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Lycium barbarum has significant antioxidant activity in vivo.
