利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出管径狭长、壁厚微薄的有机硅纳米管,通过引入阻聚剂对其表面进行修饰,并对样品结构进行表征。将样品、商业化活性炭(AC)和硅胶(SG)对水蒸气、正己烷和油气进行静态吸附实验对比,并在自建的动态正己烷吸附装置上进行动态吸附实验。吸附结果表明,所制备的有机硅纳米管材料的静/动态吸附容量和稳定性都远高于商业化活性炭和硅胶。
Silicone nanotubes with narrow diameter and thin wall were prepared by sol-gel method. The surface of the organosilicon nanotubes was modified by introducing inhibitor and the structure of the samples was characterized. The samples, commercial activated carbon (AC) and silica gel (SG) were tested for static adsorption on water vapor, n-hexane and hydrocarbon. The dynamic adsorption experiments were carried out on a self-built dynamic n-hexane adsorption unit. The adsorption results show that the prepared SDNTs have much better static / dynamic adsorption capacity and stability than commercial activated carbon and silica gel.
