有关二甲酚橙的极谱性能及用其测定铕已进行过研究。但未见Bi(Ⅲ)-二甲酚橙配合物吸附溶出伏安分析法的报道。本文提出在pH 5的柠檬酸钠-盐酸介质中,形成铋(Ⅲ)-二甲酚橙(XO)配合物吸附富集的溶出伏安法,研究了配合物线性扫描伏安特性,确定了配合物组成比及在汞电极表面的吸附量;确定了吸附等温线模式、吸附自由能。说明该体系可进行开路富集,用拟定的方法测定了生物样品中痕量铋,结果满意.方法特点是测定铋的浓度范围宽,选择性好,灵敏度高。
The polarographic properties of xylenol oranges and their use for the determination of europium have been studied. However, there is no report of the stripping voltammetric analysis of Bi (Ⅲ) -xylphenol orange complexes. In this paper, the stripping voltammetry was established for the adsorption and concentration of bismuth (Ⅲ) -xylphenol orange (XO) complex in sodium citrate-hydrochloric acid at pH 5. The linear sweep voltammetry Complex ratio and the amount of adsorption on the mercury electrode surface; adsorption isotherm mode was determined, the free energy of adsorption. Indicating that the system can be open enrichment, determination of trace amounts of bismuth in biological samples with the proposed method, the results are satisfactory method is characterized by the determination of bismuth concentration range, good selectivity, high sensitivity.
