针对宁夏彭阳县水土流失严重的现状,彭阳县委、政府把治理水土流失,大搞农田基本建设作为改善农业生产条件,实现农民增收,脱贫致富的一项重大措施来抓,取得了成效。这一成功做法,值得在黄土高原地区推广应用。
In view of the serious soil and water loss situation in Pengyang County, Ningxia, the Pengyang County CPC Committee and the government have taken effective measures to control soil and water loss and popularize basic farmland as an important measure to improve the conditions for agricultural production and increase peasants’ income and poverty. This successful approach is worth promoting in the Loess Plateau.
