本文介绍连铸结晶器铜板电镀Ni-Co合金镀层的使用情况。采用组箱式工艺生产的低应力Ni-Co合金镀层,能显著地提高结晶器铜板的使用寿命,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。
This article describes the use of continuous casting mold copper plating Ni-Co alloy coating. The low-stress Ni-Co alloy coating produced by the group box process can obviously improve the service life of the mold copper plate, increase the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
