Pulmonary small cell undifferentiated carcinoma (abbreviated as SCLC) has been recognized as sensitive to chemotherapy, so chemotherapy and radiotherapy are generally used for comprehensive treatment. In our hospital from 1985 to 1996 a total of more than 200 cases of non-chemotherapy of small cell lung cancer, of which 185 cases of complete radiotherapy data for chemotherapy in 185 cases, the relationship between the timing of the three methods and the clinical efficacy of the following analysis.
