目的了解某机械公司涂装生产线存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所有害因素监测等进行综合分析。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、噪声和高温,除噪声强度超标外(最高为93.5 dB),其余监测点符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,噪声超标岗位接触人员应加强个体防护,预防职业病发生。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in the coating line of a machinery company and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, workplace monitoring of harmful factors such as a comprehensive analysis. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, noise and high temperature. Except for the noise intensity exceeding the maximum (93.5 dB maximum), the other monitoring points were in compliance with the national occupational health standards. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective, and the exposed workers with excessive noise should strengthen individual protection and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
