材料与方法以高蛋白(25.4%)大粒重(千粒重为56克)的野生四倍体小麦(野生二粒小麦)品系作为父本,与正常的中国春及中国春的两个部分同源配对突变体ph1b、ph2进行杂交.野生二粒小麦系作者(Kushnir)从以色列野生产地采集的该种的品系之一,现保存在新南威尔士州的塔姆沃斯的澳大利亚小麦资源所.
MATERIALS AND METHODS Two pairs of wild tetraploid wheat (wild durum wheat) lines with high protein (25.4%) large grain weight (grain weight of 56 g) were used as paternal parents and homologous matched with two parts of normal Chinese spring and Chinese spring Mutants ph1b, ph2 Hybrid Kushnir One of the strains of this species collected from the wild in Israel is now stored at the Australian Wheat Resources in Tamworth, New South Wales.
