教学效能感是教师教学效果和学生成绩的重要预测变量。通过对梅州市50所中学的问卷调查,探讨了校长特征对中学教师教学效能感的影响,结果表明:(1)中学教师个人教学效能感高于一般教学效能感,二者显著相关;(2)校长社交性、自我效能感和领导作风对教师教学效能感有显著影响。
Teaching efficacy is an important predictor of teacher’s teaching effectiveness and student achievement. Through the questionnaire survey of 50 middle schools in Meizhou City, the author discusses the influence of principals’ characteristics on the teaching efficacy of middle school teachers. The results show that: (1) the personal teaching efficacy of middle school teachers is higher than that of general teaching efficacy, and the two are significantly related; (2) Principal’s sociality, self-efficacy and leadership style have a significant impact on teacher’s teaching efficacy.
