8月23日至24日,国家文化部财务司副司长马秦临、非物质文化遗产保护司副司长王福州一行4人组成的考察组在省文化厅相关负责人的陪同下,对湘西自治州的“非遗”保护工作进行考察。期间,考察组先后深入吉首市、凤凰县的乡镇文化站、非遗传习所进行实地考察,面对面与“非遗”传承人进行交流,全面了解两地的非物质文化遗产保护工作。考察组表示,
