目的:为脑蛋白水解物注射液活性检测方法的建立提供依据。方法:采用PC12细胞过氧化氢损伤修复法和钙蛋白酶抑制法对脑蛋白水解物注射液的活性进行检测。结果:2种方法均可检测出样品的活性。结论:2种方法各有优缺点,尚需进一步验证。
Objective: To provide a basis for the establishment of a method for detecting the activity of brain protein hydrolyzate injection. Methods: The activity of brain protein hydrolyzate injection was detected by hydrogen peroxide injury repair method and calpain inhibition method in PC12 cells. Results: The activity of the samples can be detected by both methods. Conclusion: The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, need further verification.
