G—600型自动氧气切割机,有时因为永久磁铁式仿形磁滚的吸力不足,造成切割过程中出现磁滚停止不前或脱离仿形样板的故障。严重影响切割零件的精度,有时根本不能使用。为了克服该机的这一缺点,我们设计了一个直流电磁铁式磁滚,取代原来的永久磁铁式磁滚。新磁滚的吸力经测量为 1.5公斤,原来的只有0.3公斤,吸力提高了4倍。电磁铁的结构及尺寸见图1。滚动磁滚与主动轴用定位螺丝1固定,上端用轴承架2固定。线圈架安装后用底座上的定位销子
