本专利叙述了向工件螺纹底孔内装放钢丝螺套的方法和设备。 使用像铝或镁合金之类软金属时,不宜使螺钉或螺栓的外螺纹与软金属底孔的内螺纹直接连接。直接连接往往会损害软金属的内螺纹。解决这个问题的办法之一是向螺纹底孔内嵌入硬金属螺套,然后再把螺钉或螺栓连接在螺套上。然而,装螺套是很费时间的工序,因为装螺套时不仅要注意不能损坏孔内软金属内螺纹,而且还要严格控制螺套的装入深度。
This patent describes a method and apparatus for placing a wire insert into a bottom hole of a work piece. When using soft metals such as aluminum or magnesium alloy, it is not advisable to connect the male thread of the screw or bolt directly to the female thread of the bottom hole of the soft metal. Direct connections tend to damage the internal threads of the soft metal. One solution to this problem is to embed a hard metal insert into the threaded hole and then attach the screw or bolt to the insert. However, it is a very time-consuming procedure to install a screwdriver because not only should care not be taken to damage the soft metal internal threads in the bore, but also the tightness of the screw-in should be tightly controlled.
