脑组织代谢高度依赖氧的供应,氧对维持脑内三磷酸腺苷的正常水平是必不可少的。脑膜炎病人大多伴有脑血流量和脑摄氧量减少,引起脑细胞内腺苷酸代谢失常,使其原生质膜的电化学电位降低。电化学电位降低可影响脑细胞原生质膜的完整性,以致脑细胞内的一些成分外漏至脑脊液(CSF),其中包括腺苷酸激酶、乳酸盐和谷胱甘肽,所以测定CSF中这些成分的含量有可能反映脑膜炎病人脑组织缺氧引起的变化。本研究的目的在于探讨CSF腺苷酸激酶活性、乳酸盐和谷胱甘肽含量对脑膜炎鉴别诊断的价值。研究对象共54例。有27例符合脑膜炎的诊断
Brain metabolism is highly dependent on oxygen supply, and oxygen is essential for maintaining proper levels of adenosine triphosphate in the brain. Most patients with meningitis accompanied by decreased cerebral blood flow and cerebral oxygen uptake, causing intracellular adenylate metabolism disorders, so that the plasma membrane electrochemical potential decreased. Electrochemical potential reduction can affect the integrity of the plasma membrane of the brain cells such that some of the brain’s components leak to the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), including adenylate kinase, lactate and glutathione, so these are measured in the CSF The content of the ingredients may reflect changes in brain tissue caused by hypoxia in patients with meningitis. The purpose of this study is to investigate the value of CSF adenylate kinase activity, lactate and glutathione levels in the differential diagnosis of meningitis. A total of 54 subjects.
