CT多平面重建技术在诊断环状胰腺中的临床价值

目的:探讨环状胰腺的C T成像及M PR图像特征。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2014年5月5例经手术证实的环状胰腺的CT及MPR图像。结果 CT可以清晰显示环状胰腺呈环状或钳状包绕十二指肠,含有对比剂十二指肠肠管从胰头中央通过;增强C T显示肠管周围软组织与胰腺实质呈一致强化,其二者间脂肪间隙消失。M PR重建技术可以清楚显示胰腺包绕的十二直肠肠管、肠内气体及肠粘膜等十二指肠结构。结论环状胰腺的CT表现具有特征性,M PR重建图像可以清晰显示环状胰腺包绕十二指肠,二者结合可以术前作出明确诊断,M PR重建技术对于诊断环状胰腺有着重要的临床价值。“,”Objective To summarize the CT and MPR features of annular pancreas and to increase the understanding of the disease so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis .Methods The CT and MPR images of 5 patients treated from Janu‐ary 2013 to May 2014 were analyzed retrospectively .All the patients were diagnosed as annular pancreas with surgery . Results CT shows pancreatic tissue encircling the second part of duodenum and the bowel containing contrast medium through the pancreatic head ;Enhanced CT shows the strengthen degree of the soft tissue surrounding the loops is consist‐ent with the pancreatic parenchyma and the fat clearance between is disappeared .MPR reconstruction technology can clear‐ly show intestinal canal ,intestinal gas and intestinal mucosa of duodenum around by pancreatic .Conclusion CT feature of annular pancreas is complex .Combined with MPR reconstruction technology ,it can make a diagnosis before surgery . M PR reconstruction technology can clearly show pancreatic around duodenum and has important clinical value for diagnosis of annular pancreas .
