塔里木盆地满加尔凹陷北哈得逊构造带二叠系玄武岩不但致密而且可钻性差,一直是该地区钻井的瓶颈问题。阿特纳公司开发的扭力冲击器钻井新工具,是近十多年来解决深部特殊岩性、可钻性差地层最有效的技术方案之一,该工具能产生每分钟上千次以及更高频率的稳定的冲击剪切力,让使用PDC钻头钻进更坚硬的岩层变为现实,特别是在玄武岩地层的探索应用,可大幅度地提高钻井速度。本文针对在塔里木油田哈得地区五口井的试验,在多次失败的情况下,总结和探索配套措施,分别从工具工作原理、工程参数、泥浆体系、短起下配合措施等方面进行探究,最终提出整体的应用方案,通过实践获得巨大成功,提速效果非常明显,值得推广。
