采用高温高压及电化学腐蚀实验研究了Q235钢、13Cr以及Q235钢表面沉积NiCrAl涂层后的耐CO+2腐蚀性能。NiCrAl涂层采用等离子喷涂制备。结果表明:Q235钢抗均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀的能力较差;13Cr抗均匀腐蚀能力良好,但出现明显的点蚀;NiCrAl涂层具有良好的抗均匀腐蚀及点蚀能力。NiCrAl涂层的通孔结构为腐蚀介质提供了渗入通道,进而腐蚀界面处的Q235钢。
High temperature and high pressure electrochemical corrosion experiments Q235 steel, 13Cr and Q235 steel surface deposition of NiCrAl coating resistant CO + 2 corrosion resistance. NiCrAl coatings were prepared by plasma spraying. The results show that Q235 steel is less resistant to uniform corrosion and local corrosion; 13Cr is more resistant to uniform corrosion but shows obvious pitting corrosion; and NiCrAl coating has good resistance to uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion. The through-hole structure of the NiCrAl coating provides an intrusive path for the corrosive medium, thereby corroding the Q235 steel at the interface.
