近年来,随着我国经济的不断发展,社会主义市场经济管理体系下我国的国有企业的数量逐渐增多,内部产权结构的复杂化对国有企业的发展造成了一定的影响。纵观我国国有企业的发展历程,在员工绩效考核方面与发达国家具有重大差距,尤其是中小型煤矿企业,由于其行业的特殊性,在企业的发展过程中缺乏较为系统的员工绩效制度,对员工的发展缺乏激励作用,容易造成人才的流失,不利提高企业的竞争力。由此可见,当下国有企业,人力资源是现下企业发展的重要制约因素,因此为保障企业的更好地发展,为企业发展提供强大的推动力,本文主要阐述了绩效考核的概念,探析了研究企业员工绩效管理分析的意义,并对相关问题提出了解决措施,以期能够达到推动我国中小型煤矿企业更好发展的目的。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our economy, the number of state-owned enterprises in our country has gradually increased under the socialist market economic management system. The complexity of the internal property rights structure has exerted a certain influence on the development of state-owned enterprises. Throughout the history of the development of state-owned enterprises in our country, there is a big gap between developed countries in employee performance appraisal. Especially for small and medium-sized coal mines, due to the particularity of their industries, there is a lack of a systematic system of employee performance in the development of enterprises. The lack of motivation for the development of staff, easily lead to the loss of talent, adversely improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, the current state-owned enterprises and human resources are the important constraints of the current enterprise development. Therefore, in order to ensure the better development of enterprises and provide strong impetus to the development of enterprises, this paper mainly expounds the concept of performance appraisal, The significance of employee performance management analysis, and put forward the solution to related problems in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of small and medium-sized coal mines in our country.
