目的:评价口腔矫正器治疗鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的临床疗效。方法:口腔矫正器治疗10例OSAS、2例鼾症患者,分析治疗前后气道、呼吸功能及最低血氧饱和度的变化。结果:戴用矫正器后软腭后气道增大较显著,SPP-SPPW由(8.98±2.62)mm增加到(12.03±2.95)mm,舌根后气道间隙也明显增大,TB-TPPW由(10.58±3.10)mm增加到(11.76±3.90)mm。呼吸暂停低通气指数AHI从(35.64±23.16)/h降到(9.23±5.64)/h;最低血氧饱和度由(70.8±8.24)%上升到(81.68±7.21)%。结论:口腔矫正器是一种有效的、简便的治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及鼾症的保守疗法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral appliances in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: 10 cases of OSAS and 2 cases of snoring were treated with oral appliance. The changes of airway, respiratory function and the lowest oxygen saturation before and after treatment were analyzed. Results: After wearing the appliance, the airway increased significantly after the soft palate. The SPP-SPPW increased from (8.98 ± 2.62) mm to (12.03 ± 2.95) mm, and the posterior tongue airway clearance increased significantly 10.58 ± 3.10) mm to (11.76 ± 3.90) mm. The apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) decreased from (35.64 ± 23.16) / h to (9.23 ± 5.64) / h, and the lowest oxygen saturation increased from (70.8 ± 8.24)% to (81.68 ± 7.21)%. Conclusion: Oral appliance is an effective and simple conservative treatment for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and snoring.
