近几年来,食物中毒的预防,已引起很多部队的注意与重视,并采取各种防范措施,因而其发病率是逐年有所下降的;但直到目前为止,它仍然是严重危害部队健康的疾病之一,而且影响部队各项任务的顺利完成。这种情况的存在,说明食物中毒预防工作还有不少缺点,这是部队卫生工作中必须克服与纠正的,与现代化正规化要求不相容的现象。我们没有任何理由,把过去食物中毒的原因,只是简单地归之于农村环境物质条件差。物质条件的困难不是不可以克服的——很多部队的事实早已证明——但是各种各样的卫生工作上的敷衍塞责,马虎松懈的现象,却往往是造成食物
