大学英语教学中如何培养学生的语境意识?该文提出一个语境教学模式,即课堂教学与第二课堂教学相结合,共同创造英语学习的良好环境。在课堂教学中,教师应向学生传授语篇中涉及到的西方文化知识。此外,还要指导学生利用语境进行词汇认知、阅读和交际等。利用图书馆、多媒体等进行第二课堂教学,可以给学生提供多种课外活动,是语境教学的重要手段。这样,课堂教学和第二课堂教学相互补充,教师可以逐渐培养学生的语境意识,使学生能够有效利用语境进行自主学习。
How to cultivate students’ contextual awareness in college English teaching? This paper proposes a contextual teaching model, that is, the combination of classroom teaching and second-class teaching to jointly create a good environment for English learning. In classroom teaching, teachers should teach students the western cultural knowledge involved in discourse. In addition, we must also guide students to use the context of vocabulary awareness, reading and communication. The use of libraries, multimedia and other second-class teaching, can provide students with a variety of extra-curricular activities, is an important means of contextual teaching. In this way, classroom teaching and second classroom teaching complement each other, teachers can gradually develop students’ awareness of the context, so that students can effectively use the context for autonomous learning.
