呸啶是一种多核含氮杂环化合物,在工业和生物活性研究领域研究中发挥着重要作用。长期以来,由于含氮杂环的存在,广大研究者们对呸啶化合物进行了大量的研究。本文以1,8-萘二胺和醛为原料,设计合成了一系列呸啶衍生物(4a~4g和6),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和高分辨质谱对其结构进行了表征。其中化合物4a~4g和6的结构进行了单晶衍射测定。单晶衍射结果显示,化合物4b和6的晶体均属于属于单斜晶系,P2_1/n空间群。此外,还对目标化合物进行了抑菌试验,结果表明,化合物4b~4g和6对所测试的植物性病菌具有广谱的抑菌活性,说明呸啶衍生物在将来的抗菌生物领域具有很好应用前景。研究结果还表明,抑菌性并不具有明显的取代基效应。
Pyridinium is a multinuclear nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound that plays an important role in the field of industrial and biological activity research. For a long time, due to the existence of nitrogen-containing heterocycles, a large number of researchers have carried out a great deal of research on pyridine compounds. In this paper, a series of pyridine derivatives (4a ~ 4g and 6) were designed and synthesized by using 1,8-naphthalenediamine and aldehyde as raw materials. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 1H-NMR and HRMS Its structure was characterized. The structures of compounds 4a ~ 4g and 6 were measured by single crystal diffraction. Single crystal diffraction results show that the crystals of compounds 4b and 6 belong to the monoclinic, P2_1 / n space group. In addition, the target compounds were also tested for antibacterial activity. The results showed that compounds 4b ~ 4g and 6 had broad spectrum antibacterial activity against the tested phytopathogenic bacteria, indicating that the pyridine derivatives have good antibacterial activity in the future Application prospects. The results also show that the antibacterial activity does not have obvious substituent effects.
