目的:观察血府逐瘀胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血后血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)含量及肾脏组织ICAM-1mRNA表达的影响。方法:将42只SD大鼠分为空白组8只、7d模型组8只、7d治疗组9只、14d模型组8只及14d治疗组9只,检测各组大鼠血清ICAM-1含量及肾脏组织ICAM-1 mRNA表达情况。结果:与空白组相比较,7及14d模型组大鼠血清ICAM-1含量及肾脏组织ICAM-1 mRNA表达均显著升高(P<0.01);经血府逐瘀胶囊治疗后,血清ICAM-1含量及肾脏组织ICAM-1 mRNA表达明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:大鼠急性心肌梗死后血清炎症因子ICAM-1和肾组织中炎性因子ICAM-1 mRNA表达升高,血府逐瘀胶囊治疗可抑制循环及肾脏局部组织炎性因子表达。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the content of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and the expression of ICAM-1mRNA in renal tissue after myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods: Totally 42 SD rats were divided into blank group (n = 8), model group (n = 7), model group (n = 7) for 7 days, model group (n = 8) for 14 days and model group (n = 9) Kidney tissue ICAM-1 mRNA expression. Results: Compared with the blank group, the levels of ICAM-1 in serum and the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA in kidneys were significantly increased in the 7 and 14 d groups (P <0.01). After the Xuefuzhuyu capsule treatment, the levels of ICAM-1 Content and ICAM-1 mRNA expression in kidney decreased significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The expression of ICAM-1, ICAM-1, and ICAM-1 mRNA in renal tissue of rats with acute myocardial infarction is increased. Xuefuzhuyu capsule can inhibit the expression of circulating and renal tissue inflammatory cytokines.
