设计院对经济发展起着至关重要的作用。但其设计和施工过程中具有复杂性,一旦出现设计不合理将导致设计变更,造成严重的经济损失。因此文章针对多项目设计管理中存在的问题对其设计方案进行了分析。包括项目进度计划是否合理、资源分配是否合理和设计变更管理。企业管理人员应采用信息法等多种方法对项目进行具体的分析,了解施工顺序,进行合理的资源分配,尽量减少设计变更,以免造成企业的经济损失。多项目设计管理在设计院的管理效率提高上具体积极作用,因此文章对其进行了具体的分析以满足建筑施工的需求。
Design Institute plays an important role in economic development.
