铝电解节电是当今世界研究方向之一,测温及控制是节电的关键。本文对动态法铝电解槽温度测量用热电偶结构进行了分析和实验,确认必须设计一种新结构热电偶用于动态法测温,才能满足铝电解槽测温时对误差较少的要求。理论和实验都证实:套管内具有一定厚度的隔热层可以减少动态法热电偶测温误差,文中给出了高重显性动态热电偶结构示意图。
Aluminum electrolytic power saving is one of the research directions in the world today, temperature measurement and control are the key to saving energy. In this paper, the thermocouple structure of the dynamic method aluminum cell temperature measurement was analyzed and experimented to confirm that a new structure thermocouple must be designed for the dynamic method of temperature measurement to meet the requirements of less error in the temperature measurement of the aluminum reduction cell. Theoretical and experimental results show that the heat-insulating layer with a certain thickness in the bushing can reduce the error of the thermocouple measured by the dynamic method. The sketch map of the dynamic thermocouple with high dominance is given in the paper.
