目的了解和分析城市低龄学生视力不良与家庭相关因素的关系,为视力干预实验研究提供依据。方法对肇庆市2所城市小学一年级学生的视力状况进行裸眼(远)视力检测,并调查家庭学习环境、用眼行为习惯等相关因素。结果调查的546名学生中有180人视力不良,视力不良率为33.0%,持续读写时间过长与视力不良的发生有关(P<0.05),大部分被调查学生业余爱好为练习写字。结论遏制视力不良发生低龄化趋势,亟需把传统的学校健康用眼教育重点转移家庭教育(含学前家教和幼教),指导家长构建科学用眼环境和帮助学生建立健康用眼行为,严格控制低龄学生用眼负荷。
Objective To understand and analyze the relationship between poor vision and family-related factors in young urban students, and to provide evidence for the experimental study of vision intervention. Methods Visual acuity of first-grade primary school students in two cities of Zhaoqing City was measured by naked eyes (far), and related factors such as family learning environment and behavior habits were investigated. Results Of the 546 students surveyed, 180 showed poor eyesight and poor eyesight rate was 33.0%. Long duration of reading and writing was associated with poor eyesight (P <0.05). Most of the surveyed students were hobby-oriented to practice writing. Conclusions To curb the trend of younger age with poor eyesight, it is urgent to shift the focus of traditional school health eye education on family education (including pre-school tutoring and early childhood education), to guide parents to construct a scientific eye environment and help students to establish healthy eye use behavior, Students use the eye load.
