目的:探讨温肺化痰饮对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿临床症状的改善及呼吸峰流速的影响。方法:将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组口服温肺化痰饮治疗,对照组予布地奈德及复方异丙托溴铵雾化治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候的改善,并测定PEF。结果:中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组为83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后PEF值均较治疗前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:温肺化痰饮能改善儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘症状体征及PEF。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Wenfei Huatan Drink on the improvement of clinical symptoms and peak respiratory rate in children with cough variant asthma. Methods: Sixty children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Wenfei Huatan Decoction, the control group with budesonide and the combination of ipratropium bromide, The improvement of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was observed in 2 groups, and PEF was measured. Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 96.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The PEF values of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment There was statistical significance (P <0.01), there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Wenfei Huatan Decoction can improve children cough variant asthma symptoms and signs and PEF.
