对30例158次单次细针穿刺行卵巢癌腹腔化疗的效果及并发症的观察，并与长期保留腹腔化疗导管的方法对照，发现单次细针穿刺行卵巢癌腹腔化疗，具有方法简便、安全，并发症少等优点；并能以腹腔化疗途径顺利完成全程化疗。
