目的探讨保留子宫动脉上行支的宫体大部分切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法回顾76例“子宫肌瘤”进行手术治疗的病历,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例。观察组系采用保留子宫动脉上行支的宫体大部分切除术,对照组则是采用传统的子宫全切术。对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、围绝经期症状等进行比较。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较无明显差异;观察组围绝经期症状不明显,而对照组较早就出现围绝经期症状。结论保留子宫动脉上行支的宫体大部分切除术治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,对患者卵巢功能影响小。
Objective To investigate the effect of preserving uterine fibroids in most of the excision of uterine arteries in the ascending branch of uterine artery. Methods A retrospective review of 76 cases of uterine fibroids surgical treatment of medical records, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 38 cases in each group. In the observation group, the majority of excision of the uterus in the ascending branch of the uterine artery was performed. In the control group, the conventional hysterectomy was used. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perimenopausal symptoms and so on were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operation time and blood loss in the two groups had no significant difference. The perimenopausal symptoms in the observation group were not obvious, while the control group had the symptoms of perimenopausal. Conclusions The majority of excision of the uterine arteries in the ascending branch of the uterine artery is effective in treating uterine fibroids and has little effect on the ovarian function of the patients.
