2016年5月11日,南宁市机构编制委员会批准南宁市人民政府地方志编纂办公室内设机构增设馆藏资料管理科,增加事业编制3名,科级领导职数1名,主要负责地方志有关资料的收藏管理,方志馆日常开放、管理等。调整后,南宁市地方志编纂办公室内设机构5个,编制21名(事业编制19名、后勤服务人员控制数2名),内设机构科级领导职数8名。
On May 11, 2016, Nanning Municipal Commission for Compilation of Institutions approved the establishment of a collection agency of the Local Records Compilation Office of the Nanning Municipal People’s Government to increase the collection of data management departments, increase the establishment of three departments and one department-level leadership, which is mainly responsible for the collection of local records Management, Chi Museum daily open, management and so on. After the adjustment, Nanning Local Diary Compilation Office has five agencies with 21 staffs (19 for career preparation and 2 for logistics service personnel), and 8 for department-level leadership.
