图1零件是多臂提综装置中的关键件,最后在车床上加工φ16±0.10及10±0.40尺寸。该两尺寸的精度将直接影响到提综杆的提综运动,而提综运动的动作又关系到织物经线的张力,进而影响织物的质量。由于此零件形状特殊,φ16±0.10尺寸只有在中间位置时,零件才能互换。因此,设计夹具时,定位点位置的选择很重要,应以中心为基准来控制左右,使其左右的尺寸都在127_(-0.20)~(+0.04)之内。为此,我们设计制造了如图2所示的定位机构,此机构连同零件的夹紧装置一起装在夹具底盘上,夹具底盘固定在法兰盘上。卸下卡盘,将法兰盘旋紧装在车床主轴上就能加工。零件装夹在夹具上后,其φ16±0.10轴线与车床主轴同心。加工时,零件连同夹具一起旋转,由车刀来
The part in Figure 1 is the key element in the dobby heddle and is machined to φ16 ± 0.10 and 10 ± 0.40 dimensions on a lathe. The accuracy of these two dimensions will have a direct impact on the heddle raising motion, which in turn affects the fabric warp tension and thus the fabric quality. Due to the special shape of this part, φ16 ± 0.10 size only in the middle position, the parts can be exchanged.
