从大豆中制取多种混合结晶氨基酸的研究于3月28日在上海通过鉴定。 多种混合结晶氨基酸是上海市粮食科学研究所与我校军队卫生教研室合作从大豆中制取的新型混合结晶氨基酸。计有氨基酸组成比较平衡的混合结晶氨基酸;高支混合结晶氨基酸;高支低芳混合结晶氨基酸。 经我校军队卫生教研室研究证实,氨基酸组成平衡的混合结晶氨基酸,极易吸收利用,可促进幼年大鼠生长,营养价值显著
The study of the preparation of various mixed crystalline amino acids from soybeans was carried out in Shanghai on March 28th. A variety of mixed crystalline amino acids is a new type of mixed crystalline amino acid produced by the Shanghai Grain Research Institute and the Army Health Research Office of the University. It is a mixed crystalline amino acid with relatively balanced amino acid composition; a high-branched mixed crystalline amino acid; and a high-low-aromatic mixed crystalline amino acid. According to the research of the military health department of our school, the amino acid composition balanced crystalline amino acids are easily absorbed and utilized, which can promote the growth of young rats and have significant nutritional value.
