近一年来,我们用改进了的方法,对湖南省长沙市郊区稻田内采集的3~4龄中华按蚊幼虫的唾腺多线染色体进行了研究。中华按蚊幼虫唾腺多线染色体共三条。x 染色体,部分标本中只见一臂,部分标本中在着丝点之后,尚可见一极短的臂。关于这种差异是否与性别或其他有关,正在研究中。2号染色体,分左、右两臂,两臂等长。3号染色体,分左、右两臂,右臂长,左臂短。x 染色体最短。关于中华按蚊多线染色体的研究,Sharma(1971)在印度首次报道并发表了唾腺染色体模式图。国内叶炳辉等(1981)首次报道并发表了南京、上海两地区中华按蚊的染色体全图。尔后,徐秀芬报道了郑州地区唾腺染色体全图。我们将观察结果与以上资料比较,发现 x 染色体与以上作者们所认定的 X 染色体明显不同。在我们的标本中,性染色体明显短于2R、2L、3R
In the past year, we have used the improved method to study the multi-line chromosomes of salivary glands in 3 ~ 4 instar larvae of Anopheles sinensis collected from the paddy fields in the suburbs of Changsha City, Hunan Province. We compare the observations with the above data and find that the x chromosome is significantly different from the X chromosomes identified by the authors above.
