针对高温深层油气藏的压裂,开发出一种性能良好的抗140℃的酸性冻胶材料,并对其进行性能研究。为了延迟酸化时间,对酸性冻胶材料的稠化剂、交联剂、铁离子稳定剂等添加剂类型及加量进行了研究。利用流变仪、酸岩反应旋转岩盘仪、原子力显微镜以及酸蚀裂缝导流能力评价试验仪等对研制的酸性冻胶材料进行了耐温抗剪切性能、缓蚀性能以及裂缝导流能力等性能的研究。最终得出该冻胶材料基液黏度在25~50 m Pa·s之间,140℃下交联黏度大于200 m Pa·s,铁稳效果好,耐温抗剪切性能良好,缓蚀速度小于40 g/(m2·h),破胶黏度小于15 m Pa·s,导流能力好等性能。
Aiming at the fracturing of high temperature deep reservoirs, a kind of acid gel material with good resistance to 140 ℃ has been developed and its performance has been studied.
