档案是记录事业单位员工信息的主要方式,可以给事业单位选拔人才提供借鉴。如何提高事业单位档案管理已经成为事业单位研究的核心问题。本文主要结合事业单位档案管理现状,详细分析了事业单位档案管理中存在的问题,然后提出了适合事业单位长期发展的途径和方法,具有很大的应用意义。
File is the main way to record employees’ information in public institutions, which can provide reference for personnel selection in public institutions. How to Improve the File Management of Public Institutions Has Become the Key Problem in Institutional Research. In this paper, the status quo of archives management in public institutions is mainly analyzed in detail, and the existing problems in the archives management of public institutions are analyzed in detail.
