为解决航空发动机装配过程中的数据来源分散、冗余严重和模板更改出错的问题,首先基于单一产品数据源建立了任务驱动的装配BOM,给出了基于“草稿-模板-实例-序列化实例”4层递进结构和公用信息池的数据管理框架;然后根据装配流程中不同角色对数据组织的需求,建立了装配数据组织网络模型,用多色集理论来对模型进行数学描述,给出了装配数据组织的流程。在某企业的应用结果表明,该方法可降低数据冗余,提高数据组织效率。
In order to solve the problem of scatter of data source, serious redundancy and error of template change during assembly process of aeroengine, a task-driven assembly BOM was first established based on a single product data source, and a BOM based on “draft-template-instance- Instance ”4-step progressive structure and common information pool data management framework. Then according to the different roles in the assembly process to the needs of the data organization, the establishment of an assembly data organization network model, using the multi-color set theory to model the mathematical description, The process of assembling the data organization is given. The application results in an enterprise show that this method can reduce data redundancy and improve data organization efficiency.
